Morning or Afternoon. Time may be adjusted, depended on the tide.

Please bring beach clothes, swimsuit or clothes that you don`t mind getting wet.

The tour may be canceled due to sea conditions and other circumstances.

At the time of cancellation, we will contact you by mobile phone.

We will do our best to proceed with the tour in light rain, however, we might have to cancel or stop the tour in case of heavy rain.

If the sea condition is not suitable for the Ocean SUP tour, we will proceed with a mangrove SUP tour instead. *Difference will be refunded.

If you want to cancel or change the time of the activity, please contact us as soon as possible. In the case of the last cancellation, the following cancellation fee would be charged.

* 25% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel or make any changes from 2 days (6 days in the holiday season) prior to your scheduled tour date.

* 50% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel or make any changes from 1 day (2 days in the holiday season) prior to your scheduled tour date

* 100% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel or make any changes from 1day in the holiday season or on your scheduled tour date or No show.
